As a Digital Communication Academy in Glendale, Arizona, Sunset Ridge Elementary School prepares their students for the digital world through online learning via a global academy implemented with ASU Prep Global.
K-8th grade students at Sunset Ridge Elementary have a unique curriculum that focuses on internet safety, ethics and online publishing. Their strategy aligns with the Pendergast Elementary School District’s goal to develop learners who are able to communicate in a digital world through an immersive experience, which was made possible through the global academy implemented by ASU Prep Global. The global academy serves as an online classroom solution to accommodate the growing number of students, while also supporting educators in the event of a teacher shortage.
Now, students have access to core classes, electives, AP courses for college credit and digital learning tools whenever they need it. The academy provides a blended learning tool for all grade levels and learning types, so every student is prepared for college, and beyond.

ASU Prep and Sunset Ridge Elementary worked together to build a digital school program with nearly 524 students participating in courses like algebra, biology, chemistry, geometry, and more.
We license a variety of K-12 and university courses, designed to be delivered online for digital or blended learning. Core, electives, CTE, etc.
Our expert digital teachers provide online instruction for grades 6-12 to help schools address staffing gaps, special needs and acceleration demands.
We offer high school students the chance to earn university credit and accelerate their pathway to college and careers.

Since 1988, Cibola High School has focused on creating a collaborative environment with an emphasis on problem-solving. To prepare students for the future, Cibola High School works with students to create an Educational Career Action Plan (ECAP). This plan personalizes the student experience and to further do this, they have partnered with ASU Prep Global to expand educational resources for students.
