Parker School
Partners with ASU Prep

In 1976, Parker School was established on the Big Island of Hawaii to serve the large ranching community in Kamuela. And after 40 years, it’s still thriving as a non-profit, college-preparatory school with a focus on small classrooms, challenging curriculums, and distance learning options through a global academy implemented by ASU Prep Global.

Leading with
Innovation

At Parker School, interactive technology is a primary learning tool in the classroom. K-12 students enjoy a hybrid school model with a global academy through ASU Prep Global that helps to foster creativity and collaboration, and keeps students engaged within their small family (or ‘ohana) like classrooms.

This customized global academy offers K-12 online courses and electives, college prep courses for high school students, online tutoring, virtual classrooms, and digital learning tools, as well as professional development courses, training workshops, and distance learning tools for teachers.

“We’re proud to have 98% of our students get accepted into a college or university over the last two years. The global academy with ASU Prep Global has strengthened our dual learning environment and completely changed our approach to education.”
